No second chance to make a "first impression". Due to insurance change at my workplace, I was forced to find a new eye care facility. Fortunately, my son and daughter-in-law gave a positive referral to Reno Family Eye Care. From the staff at the check-in counter to the Mariah Smith, OD, everyone treated me with respect, professionalism, with a few laughs here and there. The complimentary Keurig coffee is a nice touch as well.
