They were wonderful! My husband and I switched from another office due to some issues we had with the front staff. The staff and doctor at this office impressed us right away and were so nice and welcoming. They walked us through every step and made sure we felt comfortable and happy with our visit all the while staying professional yet relaxed. And they are open on Saturdays! We love this office and will stay patients for as long as we live in Reno.
No second chance to make a "first impression". Due to insurance change at my workplace, I was forced to find a new eye care facility. Fortunately, my son and daughter-in-law gave a positive referral to Reno Family Eye Care. From the staff at the check-in counter to the Mariah Smith, OD, everyone treated me with respect, professionalism, with a few laughs here and there. The complimentary Keurig coffee is a nice touch as well.
